Here is a list of points to check as well; these are common errors that can slow down or even block the automatic data verification process.


1 - The Company

  • The company name: It is recommended to spell it exactly as it appears on your official documents, including any special characters if applicable.
  • The business address: As with the company name, it is necessary to enter it exactly as it appears on the official documents that will be uploaded.


Before confirming the summary page, make sure that all sections have been completed and that the checkmarks are present:



2 - The Decision-Makers


It is mandatory to have 1 owner, or 1 person exercising control and 1 signatory.


This can be the same person; if that's the case, it is recommended to create only 1 decision-maker and assign both roles, rather than creating the decision-maker twice:



•  Make sure not to switch the first name and last name 

•  The information must be entered exactly as it appears on the identity proof you will upload 

•  Ensure that all fields are filled in without exception 

•  The identity proof must: 

  • Be in color (no black and white)
  • Be of good quality (easily readable by the human eye, without needing to zoom in, for example) 
  • Be well-cropped (the edges of the document must be visible in the scan)

3 - The Service Contract


It must be signed once all the previous steps have been completed. If any of the above information is modified, it will likely be necessary to sign the service contract again.

In general, for each point, it is important to note that the data validation process you have entered may take:

  • A few minutes: if all information is recognized immediately
  • A few days: when manual intervention is needed from our partner.
