Role: User Manager Accountant Administrator
In order to enhance the user experience and simplify card usage, N2F now offers card management directly from the mobile application. You can activate your card, suspend it, view your PIN code, and much more — all from your smartphone.
1) Activating the Card
To activate your card via the mobile app, please follow these steps:
Go to the application menu (1) > select “My N2F Cards” (2) > choose the card you wish to activate (3) > click on “Activate my card” (4).
You will then be required to complete the requested information: your password (for online payments) and your mobile number (5) in order to receive SMS codes for validation and payment notifications.
2) Suspending the Card
For better reactivity (e.g., card loss), you can also suspend your N2F card. From the same menu (1), click on “My N2F Cards” (2) > select the relevant card > choose “Suspend card” (3).
Please note that suspending a card is not permanent; you may reactivate it at any time if needed.
3) Viewing Your PIN Code
Forgot your PIN? Not sure about it? You can view your PIN code at any time directly from the N2F mobile app.
To do so, open the mobile application > tap the Menu icon (1) > go to the “My N2F Cards” menu (2).
Since the information related to the N2F card is confidential, authentication will be required (validation code sent by email, biometric verification, etc.).
You will then be able to select the relevant card (3) > click on “Display my PIN code” (4). A new authentication will be required to validate your identity. You can then view your PIN code (5).
4) Modifying Information Required for Online Purchases
When using your N2F Card for an online payment, a password will be required to authorize the payment.
If you have forgotten your password, or if you wish to update the mobile number provided during card activation, you can modify these details as follows:
From the mobile application, tap the Menu icon (1) > go to the “My N2F Cards” tab (2).
Since the information related to the N2F card is confidential, authentication will be required (validation code sent by email, biometric verification, etc.).
You will then be able to select the relevant card (3) > click on “Update Authentication” (4) > a new authentication will be required to validate your identity.
You can then re-enter a password and your mobile phone number (5). This modification will take effect immediately.
Important: It will be necessary to make an initial payment by inserting the card into a payment terminal and entering the PIN code to validate the activation of the card.
5) Managing Limits (Increase Requests and Approvals)
It is possible to manage limit increase requests from your mobile application. The process to follow for these actions is outlined in our dedicated article, How to manage card limit increase requests on mobile?
