Do you want to (re)fund your N2F account for Belgium and/or Austria to use your payment cards? Don’t worry, we’re here to help. In this article, you will find the necessary information to top up your N2F account.
1) The deposit account principle
A deposit account refers to a bank account held by our partner within a specific framework of financial services such as the N2F card. It serves as a platform for centralizing funds and redistributing them to client accounts.
In this context, during your onboarding, you provided a reference IBAN. This IBAN is the link between your transfer and your N2F account. Only transfers made from this IBAN are considered secure and are therefore automatically linked to the "N2F Card" account.
When you transfer fund from this IBAN, our banking service provider automatically identifies you and can proceed to credit the linked account.
2) Adding a reference IBAN
If you wish to make a transfer from another account, you will first need to create it as a reference account. To do so, please follow these steps:
Settings > Advanced settings > N2F cards > select the relevant account/entity > Settings > "Modify the information sent to our partner"
This addition will require validation from our partner to take effect. This means you should only make the transfer after the IBAN has been validated by our service provider.
If necessary, please contact our support team so we can assist you with the fund transfer process. You will then need to provide us with the following information:
Sending IBAN
Transfer date
Amount
PDF detailing the transfer
This operation will require additional processing time.
