When creating an N2F card, it is configured with a specific limit set by the administrator. If needed, it is possible to authorize a request for a limit increase, allowing the cardholder to adjust their limit according to their needs.
Until now, this feature was only available on the web version. We are pleased to inform you that the declarant can now easily request a limit increase directly from their mobile application, making the process even simpler and faster.
1) Requesting a limit increase:
To request a limit increase, go directly to the menu of the application (1) and select "My N2F Cards" (2).
You can select the relevant card (3), then click on "Request Increase" (4). You will then be able to modify the corresponding limit according to your needs (5), and then confirm:
2) Approval:
The approver corresponds to the direct manager of the cardholder. Therefore, if you grant the right to request credit limit increases to a cardholder, you must necessarily give their manager the right to approve them.
On the approver's side, you will also have the ability to approve a request for a limit increase from your mobile in order to be more responsive and optimize your management. These requests will be available from the application menu (1), then under the "Increase in limit" tab (2).
All requests will be listed in this display (3), and you will be able to approve the request, reject it, or modify it by clicking on the relevant line:
