To ensure the success of payments made with N2F cards, it is now possible to set up an e-mail alert when the account threshold reaches a certain amount.
This will enable you to replenish the account, by bank transfer, between your bank and the N2F account, so that your card-carrying employees are not blocked.
This critical threshold alert can be set from Settings (1) > Advanced settings (2) > N2F cards (3) > All accounts (4) > Select the account (5):
From the settings of the bank account (6) > activate the threshold alert tick (7). You can then configure the alert according to your needs (critical amount, frequency, etc.):
