When you use your N2F Card for an internet payment, you will be asked for a password to authorise the payment. 

This password corresponds to the one you entered when you activated your N2F Card, on this screen :


Once you have entered your password, a code will be sent to you by text message to the telephone number you chose.

If you have forgotten your password, or if you wish to change the mobile number entered, you can change these details as follows:


- From your N2F web interface, click on "N2F cards" (1) and then on the card you wish to change (2) : 

 


Then click on "update my internet payment information" (3) :


To confirm your request, you will need to re-enter a 6-digit password, which will be sent to you by e-mail to the address associated with your N2F account:

 


 

You can then re-enter your password and mobile phone number. 

This change will take effect immediately.

You will then be able to enter the new password to validate the internet payment.
