As an N2F cardholder, you will receive several types of notification.


Mobile notifications:


  • For each of your transactions, a mobile notification is sent so that you can directly create the associated expense.
  • This notification cannot be configured from your N2F account. The only prerequisite is that you must allow the N2F application to send notifications to your mobile phone (from your mobile phone settings).


Email notifications:


  • When your N2F card is created or blocked, an information email is sent.
  • You can choose whether to receive the card creation email.

However, it is not possible to configure whether you receive an e-mail notification if your N2F Card is blocked
