As the N2F administrator, you can block an N2F card permanently.
From your web account, in the Settings / Advanced settings / N2F cards section, access your cards and select the card you wish to block:
Then click on the red button: 
The N2F card is immediately blocked
The N2F card is permanently blocked and becomes unusable.
